Splendor and Holiness Worship Study Seminar, hosted by Barbie Jared and presented by Nathan Underwood and Emily Underwood-King, was a historically based perspective on worship. Emphasizing the Biblical foundations of worship and explaining how worship is presented throughout the Old Testament, Emily demonstrated how God is continually calling His people deeper into relationship and unity with Him and fellow believers.
Nathan discussed the importance of worship in the early church, and how worship helped shape theology and our basic understanding of the God we serve. Nathan demonstrated how study is necessary for inspired worship, and gave provided insightful advice on how anyone can deepen their study of the word and move into greater relationship with God. Together Emily and Nathan, reiterated how worship is the result of relationship that culminates in inspiration, and brings a life giving experience to the believer.
