To all the women who joined us at the Whispering Pines B & B thank you! We truly enjoyed the opportunity to share this evening with you and we hope to see you next year.
The evening began with music by Laurie West. As always, Laurie's presentation of hope and encouragement was truly a blessing.
Barbie Jared shared her story and insights as only she can. Drawing from the example of the butterfly, she reminded us that life is not about arriving, but the process of change. Citing Metamorphosis as an ongoing event, one in which we learn how to periodically look behind us to find the strength and courage to move forward, she encourages us to not discount our past.
For those who were unable to attend, we hope that you will be able to join us next year.
